Payment

There are two methods of payment:

• Paypal, very easy and safe to use.
• Bank Transfer. In this case you should send proud of payment to hello@juliero.com, the order won’t be processed until I receive the receipt or the payment.

Processing and Delivery

I send personally every package and I like to take my time to give you the best attencion, preparation time takes between 2-3 days.
The products are shipped by Correos Spain, they have a tracking number, so the arrival of the package is ensured.

Estimated shipping time:

• Spain: 3-4 business days.
• European Union: 5-15 business days.
• Outside of European Union: 5-20 business days.

This information is estimated, I’ll do all my best to meeting the deadline, but some packages may be delayed a few days because I send it from Ceuta and they may remain held for a few days while going through customs.

Shipments outside the European Union can generate customs costs depending on the country of destination, these expenses will be borne by the buyer.

Return and Exchanges 

Currently I do not accept changes or returns, but if you have any problem with your order do not hesitate to contact me.
